Allison Island is an 8.5-acre man-made private island nestled in Miami Beach's Indian Creek waterway, in the La Gorce neighborhood in an area known as North Beach. The island is divided into two: the North Island and South Island. This prestigious island is guard-gated and has 24-hour security.

Allison Island North is made up of waterfront estates with stunning views and direct access to Biscayne Bay. With many oversized lots and ultra-contemporary designs.
